Rajasthan Royals Hit the Press

We were delighted to see the Rajasthan Royals featured in the Sunday Times recently. Speaking on behalf of the Cornish Academy, which is located at Truro School, lead coach Sean Hooper uses the article to explain the academy’s important work in nurturing cricketing talent in Cornwall.

The Academy hopes to support grassroots cricket in Cornwall and uncover future cricketing stars; a tactic which helped the Rajasthan Royals to win the first IPL in 2008 under Shane Warne.

I wish to say a massive thank you for the help and support we were given. Everyone looked after us splendidly and without a doubt a good time was had by all. The facilities were excellent and the evening a great success, please take a deal of the credit for that outcome.
