The Truro School Business Breakfast is a termly networking event in Truro, hosted by Truro School Enterprises, bringing together local business leaders, professionals and school connections for an inspiring morning of networking, guest speakers and refreshments.
Held once a term, the Business Breakfast attracts around 50 attendees from across the local business community, providing an informal yet purposeful environment to build relationships, share ideas and gain practical insight from experienced speakers.
Our Wellbeing Business Breakfast in June 2026, brought together parents, local businesses and members of the Truro School community for a morning of discussion, networking and activities.
Held in the Front Terrace Marquee, the event featured three guest speakers: Ross Jackson Hicks, Founder of men’s mental health charity Man Down; Lisa Telfer-Brunton, Managing Director of Cornwall Pride; and Vanessa Matthews, Founder of Sekhem Wellbeing. Each shared valuable insights into mental health, inclusion and personal wellbeing.
Guests also enjoyed a range of interactive activities, including free health checks with Healthy Cornwall, a fitness hoops challenge hosted by the Sir Ben Ainslie Sports Centre team, and a chair yoga session led by Tonya Berrington.
Kindly sponsored by Handelsbanken, the event also raised donations for Man Down.
