The Burrell Theatre was opened in 2002 and built to a very high specification. As a professional arts venue it boasts excellent sight lines and state of the art sound, lighting and audio visual technology. It is a busy and vibrant theatre hosting a diverse mix of drama, dance and live music.
With a seating capacity of 180 or standing room for 350, large foyer, box office and reception room, the venue is very adaptable to suit your needs.
Within the building are a number of good sized classrooms. The Lilly room, which located on the first floor, has direct access into the theatre can be used for refreshments during a performance or breakout room from a seminar.
Our technicians are experienced in transforming each space to suit a variety of needs and budgets and have access to state of the art equipment. From a microphone, projector and screen to a total transformation for a full stage production, you’re in good hands.
